Initiate Request
Contact our customer service team or visit our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive your prepaid shipping label.
Prepare Package
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached and the garment is folded to prevent creasing.
Ship Items
Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, keeping a copy of the tracking receipt for your records.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once received, our studio will inspect the item for quality assurance; approved returns will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
